Our promise

We want you to feel good about every purchase. If something isn’t right, contact us within [30] days of delivery and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Consumable products

Because our herbal blends are consumable, we cannot restock opened pouches. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned for a full refund; opened products are handled case by case — reach out and we will find a fair resolution.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to support@jagongo.com within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
